Camp Crossover 2012

CAMP CROSS OVER 2012 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D 

I wasn't really excited for the camp at first but after the camp ends, I MISSED CAMP! :( I swear the camp was super fun, I've learn new stuffs and the presence of god was REALLY strong! Way more stronger than the presence in church I swear. I've met new awesome people, bond with my cg and make new friends! ^^

So on Monday, Met Bong at causeway. We actually wanted to eat mac in the morning but we both weren't hungry so we skipped mac LOL. Waited for ling shuang, celine, jiaxin and yongxin! Trained down to Harbor front with them and met val! :D Bought gong cha and walked to the train to Sentosa! Met rap on the way coincidentally so we traveled down Sentosa together! Lost our way to palawan beach but luckily we found our way there! ^^ Was separated into our house and had briefing/cheers. :D

Our house was really awkward on the first day and not much people did the cheers/zi high! :( Went to play the sentosa crossover game with my group and we had fun although we lost almost all the match but it's okay! We're definitely more bonded and god is with us! :D The first game was the newspaper one, we were supposed to like throw balls onto this guy with sticky tape over his body and the paper balls must stick there. We were competing with another team and we lost! :( 2nd game was human football LOL. we're supposed to run past the guards to the other side. 3rd game was water wrestling! One person will carry the other person and the other team will vs with our team o.o. The 4th game was a twisted version of scissors paper stone LOL. Our house and opp will stand backfacing each other and do a move or something to win them using the tom, jerry and dog moves from tom and jerry o.o... and the 5th game was the shampoo game!! ^^ we're supposed to shampoo one of our member's hair then collect the foam without getting hit by water thrown by opp. I hope I didn't miss out any games cause thats all that I can remember LOL.

Went to 7-11 to buy big gulp and shower afterwards. Me, valerie, kelly and lingshuang went all the way to the far far shower room near the other beach to shower cause the shower room in palawan beach was seriously packed and we caused our team to miss the bus :(.. the bus left us cause we were too slow or something so in the end, we had to share bus with the other 2 houses. Me, lingshuang, celine, jiaxin, yongxin, jiale and gordon got on the same bus as ya'akov (Idk how to spell!) and I sat beside this 2 cute little small boys! ^^ I swear they're really cute hehe, and they're just 12 years old!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :')

Reached jurong west and went to the children church to put our bags. Had dinner, mass dance and night service! ♥

Night service was awesome! We played with the balloon game at first then we started to pray and worship. Supper afterwards then we had night activities! So we played this really serious maze game where no one is allowed to laugh/talk etc. There were like 6x6 boxes and we're suppose to figure out the way from one end to the other and slowly get our team mates across and I think our team was the fastest! ^^

Went to washup afterwards and lights out! :D

Got woked up by people's alarm at 6am on the 2nd day! I swear those alarms are just really annoying!! :( 6am leh!!! 6AM!!!!!!!!! :'( me and lingshuang finally responded at like 7am cause we really can't continue sleeping and stand the alarms LOL. So we got up, washed up with peiyun and her friend at the first floor and went for breakfast! :D Morning devotion afterwards and we set off to loading our bags in a truck to be sent to sembawang camp site while we play running man! :D. Soooooo, we played running man first round and our petros 1 got 3rd! So we set off with another team and competed against them! ^^
We were supposed to throw dice and see how many lemons/vinegar and salt would be added into our drinks and see which team could finish the drink in the fastest time! Our team won and so we went off to our 2nd destination! :D. So, we took mrt all the way to sembawang and walk to the cc there! We were the first team to reach! ^^ Challenged and walked all the way to campsite LOL.

WE WERE THE ONLY TEAM THAT WALKED TO CAMPSITE FROM SEMBAWANG OK HAHAHA. #powerpetros1

Okay so we went to play this mould thingy and our team won again! o.o So we proceeded to the final nametag thing LOL. no joke leh, everyone got nametag hor and my team even have bells around their legs LOL! Our team won in the end I think! ^^ yeahhhhhhhhhhh. :D And everyone was really hyper that day! :D

Then we went to put our bags in our respective rooms and played the money game o.o.. and apparently, jonathon keep coming to our teams and grab people LOL. Doris said hi to him and got bought to jail! :'( So unfair luh!~ Followed by valerie and others LOL. Half the team was in jail including me, jiale, Gordon, kelly and shawn LOL! But overall our team got 4th place! :D

Went to sembawang park for activities I think! There were many many games for us and we won almost everything I think! ^^

Went for shower afterwards then dinner! ^^ Service afterwards and had our night activity. It was kinda scary at first but still okay luh. The games were a little gross and it's all about courage and endurance I guess! So there's this super gross game where we have to use our mouth to hold a spoon and like, scoop live worms up and transfer over to another container! :/ Then there's this station where you have to eat a lemon on a string and you cannot let the lemon drop onto the ground!

Then there's this station where you have to drink gross stuff and a station where you need to like, wrestle with the opponent, a station where you need to put your head into a bucket of water to finish one apple and another station where you need to do fitness activities o.o

Was dead tired after everything, went to wash up and SLEEEEEEP! :D Zihigh with lingshuang before we slept LOL xx. Super fun I swear! But we needa rest, so yeaaaaaaaaaaah~

Woke up at like 7+ on the last day! ^^ Had breakfast, paint bomb game at the park there, lunch and washup rotation, clean up, zihigh session, I take a stand session, another zihigh and touching session and finally break camp!!!!

During the 2nd and 3rd day, everyone ESPECIALLY LINGSHUANG AND ME REALLY ZI-HIGH UNTIL QUITE SCARY LOL. Like on the 2nd day, me and lingshuang keep shouting cheers and even before we slept, we kept "zihigh zihigh zihigh" for about 20mins LOL. Then before the camp ends, it was real touching I swear! :') Cried at the end of the camp while peiyun thanked me and cried when i thank her back!
I teared when talking to valerie and yongxin they all too and I really felt so touched that so many people thanked me that I got red eyes :(. Finally break camp and we went out to take photos! ♥

Day 2 - Something you feel strongly about

Labels.
I hate people that labels others. Like on the first look, they judge and label them to a group that they actually don't belong to at all. I always get labelled into the "ahlian" group when they first saw me and didn't know me at all just because of my appearance. Hellooooo?!?! How am I even lian you tell me! It's just so... argh! And labels are what separates us into the “cliques” we have. Everyone always says, “Oh, why doesn’t she just hang out with us?” or “He’s always by himself.” Ever wonder why? Because they know how they’re labeled !!!!!!!!!!!!! They know how people see them!!! They know they aren’t the most popular or coolest person to hang out with and they don’t bother trying because they aren’t about to make a fool of themselves in front of “the popular kids”. I know everybody wants equality and, don’t deny it, you know you feel bad for the girl or boy who sits by themselves at lunch but why don’t you just ask them to hang out with you? Why? Because that boy over there is emotional. Because that girl right there is a slut. Because the girl there is obese. Because that group of people over there are geeks and losers. What if someone labeled you like that? I’d bet you wouldn’t want to try and talk to “the popular kids” because you know how they’d treat you.
